“I want to express how grateful we are to yourself, Anna, Rachel, Trish and all the rest of the team that worked on Saturday at our wedding. You all went above and beyond and we have never experienced such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from a team before. Our wedding day was truly a dream come true and the day exceed our expectations so much.

Joy you have made the whole wedding planning process an absolute breeze and completely stress free. Nothing has been too much and you’ve always answered all my emails and questions so well (sorry about all those questions haha!). You were a huge part in making our wedding the wedding we dreamed of and more and we really can’t thank you enough! The whole day ran so smoothly and that’s down to you, I have absolutely no idea if things didn’t go to plan on the day because yourself and the team dealt with everything, meaning me and Wayne could throughly enjoy the whole day.

We only met Anna on the day but wow she was amazing also. She knew our entire day plans down to a T, she was brilliant at putting myself and Wayne’s nerves at ease when she would be around each of us before the ceremony and nothing was too much trouble for her. Please pass our thanks on to her.

Rachel has been amazing throughout and again made the whole planning process much easier. We can’t thank her enough for the advice she gave us in deciding about drinks etc and all of our guests were over the moon with how much alcohol they were supplied with 😂 Not only did she help with this but has been a friendly face throughout and really put my nerves at ease on the Friday when dropping everything off. She was also on hand all day to support all the different things happening.

Trish, what a beautiful lady. We had met Trish a few times before the wedding on our visits and we always ended up chatting to her. She has always been so friendly, listened to everything we had in mind and always dealt with it without any problems. We really appreciate her fully listening to everything we said about Halle, and that she did absolutely everything to ensure Halle felt settled at the manor. The bedrooms looked absolutely beautiful, the breakfast set up on the morning of the wedding and the morning after was amazing and having Trish around meant a lovely atmosphere.

The bar staff were amazing! Our friends can drinkkkk and love a party 😂 and they were all brilliant, all friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

All our guests commented on how friendly the ‘staff’ were throughout the day. I say ‘staff’ as I do not feel like you were staff, I feel like you were all friends and it was lovely having everyone there enjoying our day with us.

We have had so many comments off guests describing it as the best day of their lives, the best wedding they’ve been too, the most beautiful venue and the best wedding party they’ve seen so we thank you all so much.
