Further to the initial deposit, we require 60% of the balance 6 months prior to your wedding date and the remaining balance 6 weeks prior. A damages deposit of £1,000 is also required to be paid 6 weeks prior to your wedding, and will be refunded after the wedding subject to no damages having occurred.
You will need to contact the local registrar, Cheshire West and Chester, to inform them of your chosen venue, your wedding date and preferred time.
Yes. The Church of England has rules and regulations about where a couple may marry. They need to satisfy the Qualifying Conditions, which includes: – living in the Parish, have parents or grandparents who live in the Parish or who have lived in it previously. The only other criteria being that the couple worship at the Parish church on a frequent basis – 3-4 times a month – for 6 months prior to the wedding.
Yes, Delamere Manor is licensed for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies. Outdoor ceremonies can take place on our Terrace or in a chosen area of our beautiful grounds.
We can seat up to 140 guests for a ceremony and your wedding breakfast. We can hold up to 200 guests for an evening reception.
Other than using our in-house caterer for food, you are welcome to use your own suppliers. We would be happy to assist with recommending our preferred suppliers.
We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance. Weddings are a big investment and having it in place will cover you for a range of eventualities.
The Beauty Room will be available for you to access from 10am. Please speak to our events team if you require earlier access.
Yes, you can drop table plans, name cards, favours etc. the day before your wedding and also your dress and suits if you’d like to. Please pre-arrange with the Events Team.
The bar will be open for 30 minutes ahead of your ceremony for guests to purchase refreshments
In order to conform with our Premises License and out of consideration for local residents, all wedding parties must finish by 12 midnight. We ask that guests who aren’t staying overnight have pre-booked taxis to collect them by 12 midnight.
We partner exclusively with Cheeky Chilli Events for all of your food requirements. Cheeky Chilli can cater for a large range of tastes and cultural preferences.
Yes, we have 3 high chairs which you are welcome to use.
Yes, Cheeky Chilli will arrange a menu tasting for you.
Yes, Delamere Manor bar team will arrange a wine tasting for you.

We accept credit, debit card payments and cash at our bar
Yes we allow bio-degradable confetti, thrown outside only.
Dogs are welcome outside only at Delamere Manor.
Unfortunately, lanterns are not permitted due to the protection of local wildlife.

Yes, we can play music through the PA system. You can supply us with your own playlists to have on in the background.
Music in the courtyard is permitted until 9.00pm. Post 9.00pm all music must be played
within the nightclub of Delamere Manor. Bands must finish their sets no later than 11.00pm. No music shall be played at any location at the venue after 12.00am. Full details of noise restrictions will be supplied by the Events Team.
Yes, we provide 1 microphone and PA system.
Yes, our luxury accommodation sleeps 12 guests across 6 stunning bedrooms. We can provide 2 extra beds for an additional fee.
The Events Team would be happy to share a list of local hotels and B&B’s with you for your guests to book
Booking our accommodation is mandatory with a wedding on a Friday or Saturday. If your wedding is on a Sunday – Thursday then you do not need to book accommodation if you do not wish to
Guest bedrooms are available to check in from 3:00 pm. We endeavor to have the Bridal Suite ready by midday
Check out is 10:30 am the following day
Breakfast is included in the accommodation hire and will be served in the kitchen area the morning after the wedding.
If we do not have an event on the day before your wedding, this is something which may be possible closer to the date of your wedding. Please speak with our team if this is something that you may be interested in.
We currently have 2 travel cots. Please note that linen for the cots will not be provided by Delamere Manor.
We have a large car park available at Delamere Manor with overnight parking facilities
