Event Ticket Cancellation Policy – Delamere Manor
Refund Eligibility
Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Relocation
If Delamere Manor cancels, reschedules, or relocates an event, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. We will provide instructions on how to claim your refund in the event of such changes.
Refunds for missed attendance due to weather concerns are subject to a £20 administration fee per ticket to cover event preparation costs. Full refunds are only issued if Delamere Manor cancels the event
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Personal Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind about attending or realise you cannot go after purchasing. Refunds will not be issued for personal scheduling conflicts or other reasons.
Ticket Resale and Name Changes
Authorised Ticket Resale
You may resell your ticket to another person if you cannot attend. Please notify Delamere Manor of the new ticket holder’s name at least 72 hours before the event so we can update our records and ensure a smooth check-in for the new attendees.
If you cannot attend due to weather concerns, we will allow ticket transfers to another guest or offer a credit toward a future event.
Refunds will not be issued if the event proceeds as planned
