Wedding Date: Saturday 14th July 2018
It was the hottest day of the year during the July 2018 heatwave, and here at Delamere Manor the sun shined brightly upon a happy couple from Liverpool, as they celebrated their glamorous wedding on our luxurious Terrace, accompanied by 92 guests sat overlooking the parkland and lake.
“The team were fundamental in helping us execute our vision board, making suggestions and sourcing suppliers for the day.”
The bride was looking very glamorous, and wanted the day to look and feel exactly that. Planning and design were conducted by our very own in-house team, and it was a privilege to work with Red Floral Architecture, as they created some stunning floral installations for both the ceremony and reception. From the aligning rose bush columns, to the giant archway at the top of the aisle, where the young couple sealed their vows and romance blossomed.
Shortly after the Ceremony, the newlyweds were whisked off for pictures by the talented Richard Milnes, while guests enjoyed a free bar and canapes by award winning Cheeky Chilli Events.
Keeping in touch with nature, the wedding breakfast took place in our exclusive Courtyard venue where guests could marvel at the suspended flowers, glass droplets, light-up canopy and custom gobo – courtesy of Luminate Events.
When it comes to taking their first dance together as husband and wife, Delamere Manor made the couple feel like they were floating on air across our spacious glittering dancefloor.
Eventually, it was time to cut the cake! The Frostery provided them with a truly bespoke four tier wedding cake, adorned by sugar flowers, fondant frills, delicate jewels, and a monogram of their initials.
As day turned to night, everyone could finally let loose and dance in our state-of-the-art nightclub with entertainment supplied by SIX15 and music performed by the Adagio Strings.
“Our wedding day was unreal in every way possible! We absolutely loved every moment of it, and we feel like we have made friends for life in the staff that work there.”
