• Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka

Coming up to their 8-year anniversary, How I Met Your Mother star, Neil Patrick Harris tied the knot with his partner, David Burtka, back in September 2014 after 10 years of dating. The couple exchanged vows in Perugia, Italy, with the reception including a special performance by close friend, Elton John.

• Tom Daley and Dustin Lance Black 

Gold medallist and Olympic diver, Tom Daley and his beau, Dustin Lance Black, tied the knot in a romantic setting at Bovey Castle back in 2017. The couple were rumoured to have their personalities “stamped” on every detail, including a homemade wedding cake and a British classics menu for the wedding breakfast. 

• Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli

Samira Wiley met writer, Lauren Morelli whilst working on popular Netflix show, Orange is the New Black. The couple opted for a colourful confetti-themed wedding back in March 2017 in Palm Springs in front of 94 guests.

• Wanda Sykes and Alex Neidbalski

Back in 2008, Wanda Sykes publicly came out during a rally supporting same sex marriage and pushing back against Prop 8 in California. The comic actress announced she had married her beau, Alex Neidbalski in a private ceremony in Las Vegas.

• Elton John and David Furnish

Pop star legend, Elton John married his partner, David Furnish, in a civil ceremony back in 2005. The couple had been dating since 1993 and opted for a star-studded ceremony, including famous friends Liz Hurley, Ed Sheeran, David Walliams, and David & Victoria Beckham. 

• Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi

Celebrating their 14th wedding anniversary this year, popular talk show host and comedian, Ellen DeGeneres wed actress Portia de Rossi back in August 2008. The couple decided to have an intimate ceremony with just 20 guests in their Los Angeles home.
