Delamere Manor Shortlisted for the Customer Excellence Award

We’re absolutely delighted to share that Delamere Manor is one of the finalists for the Customer Excellence Award at this year’s Chamber of Commerce Annual Recognition Awards.

This recognition means so much to us as a team. Delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for every couple and guest is at the heart of everything we do here at Delamere Manor.

From the first viewing to the final dance, we take great pride in making sure every detail is perfect and that each celebration is truly personal.

The Annual Ball & Recognition Awards Ceremony will take place at 6:30 pm on Friday 14th November 2025 in The Pavilion at Chester Racecourse, where the winners will be announced.

We’re very much looking forward to the evening and celebrating the success and hard work of so many fantastic local businesses.
