Perfect for a getaway or gathering, Delamere Manor boasts six sumptuous bedroom suites. An array of chic but homely reception rooms and its own state of the art nightclub. This was previously Gary Barlow’s recording studio!

GARDEN & GROUNDS
Set in the heart of Cheshire, with over 100 acres of sprawling lawn, mature woodland, meadows, a six acre lake alive with wildlife, and an all-weather tennis court. There’s plenty to do and explore during your stay. Or, for those wanting to relax, the large paved, south-facing terrace provides the perfect spot to BBQ. Sit with a glass of something refreshing, while taking in the magnificent views.
BEDROOMS
Our bedroom suites are large, lavish and can accommodate up to 14 guests. All have luxurious Egyptian-cotton bedding from renowned Richard Haworth, and linen and towels stamped with the iconic manor logo.

COOKING & DINING
A well-equipped, bespoke Acanthus fitted kitchen, Burr walnut and oak cupboards with granite worktops and an Aga range is at the heart of the Manor. The open-plan kitchen-diner provides a relaxed space for an indulgent breakfast or laidback lunch. The neighbouring sumptuous dining room seats 12 and offers a more formal dining option. Double French doors off the drawing room open out onto the terrace for al fresco eating.
For those looking to eat out or have someone cook for you, there are lots of options. Please just ask, we’re happy to make plenty of recommendations.
EXPLORE
Delamere Manor is ideally located and easily accessible from Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. There’s plenty to do within a short drive…visit Go Ape in Delamere Forest, and explore the forest trials on foot or by segway. Discover historic Arley Hall, Tatton Park and the Anderson Boat Lift.
For the golfers, the outstanding Delamere Forest Club and Sandiway Club are both within easy reach and those seeking some serious retail therapy Cheshire Oaks, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester provide the perfect antidote.
